Who is Senzavy.com?
Senzavy.com/Senzavy is website/app from VANDANA ENTERPRISES which is registered with government of Uttar Pradesh. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.

Delivery Timings:
For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 11 pm on the same day.All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day. We do not guarantee any timed delivery, our regular delivery timings are between 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Clients can request specific timings in the Special Instructions section of payment form, we will try our best to honour the client's request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery.

Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush hour days like Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc. The order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances.

Damaged/ Bad quality Products
While accepting the delivery of the products kindly check it properly in terms of quantity, quality. If you/ receiver find the products are damaged or are not in good condition,please refuse to accept the products.

In case, later on, you find any quality/ quantity issue, inform us immediately or same day to resolve the issue asap.

As well as the receiver should have to preserve the products in the same conditions, temperature, atmosphere which is required for maintaining the level of the product or stop the further damage of products.

If the products were found used more than 30% in terms of cake would not be returned or refunded.

The customer would require showing the evidence of damage if it is found correct and justified by Kanpur gifts, then products will be replaced or refunded.

Discounts:
All the discounts are decided by Senzavy team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.

Address Change:
Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 34minutes of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. Change of address would not be possible for products from the gift section after dispatch.

Order Change:
Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 30 minutes of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. Cancellation charges of 7% are applicable on all cancellation requests.

Delivery Product:
The flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different season constraints. Although the quantity of product will be the same if there have to be substitutions because of non availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Change of color of flowers due to non availability shall also considered under this condition. Also, the icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending upon local availability.

Service Complaints:
Any complaint of delivered products will be considered within 24 hrs of the delivery. Customers need to report the issue to customer support channels via Calls/whatsApp or Emails.

Rules for delivery:
a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to any one else and shall be considered delivered if recipient is not available. If recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.

b) Senzavy will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:-

• Wrong shipping/delivery address.


• Recipient not available.

• Premises locked.

• Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.

• Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

• Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We, however, reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of none availability of the desired product.

Rules for Duplicate Orders:
If Senzavy finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified.If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.

Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:
If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to any one.

Rules for unfounded recipient:
In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.

We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.

Senzavy may amend it's Terms & Conditions from time to time.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in KANPUR,UTTAR PRADESH,India only.

These Terms and Conditions, together with Senzavy's cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Senzavy with respect to your use of and material available on the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Senzavy with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.

I understand that Senzavy can send transactional and promotional SMS, Call, Whatsapp, RCS & Emails on my registered id & number.

Senzavy's objective is to provide the best service and quality products, and to ensure the same, Senzavy might contact the receiver seeking the feedback.

In any case, if the order is placed by any individual unethically from Senzavy.com. This will be considered as part of a fraud. The company will notify the police or other competent authority.

Account Deletion:

To close your account, you can send us an email with the subject "Termination". Our team will contact you and confirm the cancellation of your account by email. You will no longer be able to log in or access your account, retrieve or edit content or information, or view your account history and will no longer be able to receive calls or emails from Senzavy.
Your account will be deleted at your request within 30 days. If you do not wish to delete your account, you can contact our team before the 30 days expires.

Senzavy never asks for any of your personal bank details. Please do not share your personal bank details like Card Number/Pin/CVV/OTP/Card Expiry Date/UPI Pin, over Phone/Mail/SMS to anyone.
